This package is suitable for ages 4 months to 5 years. Gentle, non-judgemental, 1:1 support will be given to you throughout this 3 week journey. By the end of your plan and support from me you will feel confident with all aspects of sleep for your child.

This package includes:

• Small questionnaire and sleep diary to be completed prior to our phone /zoom consultation call.

• 45 minute phone / zoom consultation to discuss previously completed questionnaire and diary.

• Phone / Zoom call to discuss your bespoke sleep plan to compliment your parenting style.

• A copy of your bespoke sleep plan

• Two week unlimited WhatsApp support.

• A review call at the end of week one.

If you need to cancel your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, I will be happy to reschedule the appointment, subject to availability, within a 6 week period.
